Esthetic and restorative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
Cash or Check:
A 5% courtesy for pre-payment will be given for paying cash or check for an entire treatment plan prior to or at the beginning of treatment. This courtesy does not apply to Invisalign treatment.
Dental Arts Group charges $15.00 for returned checks.
Credit Cards:
For your convenience, we accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Payment Plans:
We have made arrangements with finance companies who offer the option of monthly payments. Some of these plans feature no interest for up to 12 months. There are no application fees or down payments. Applications are available at the front desk or online (see links below) and approval is provided quickly.
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. If your insurance carrier refuses to send your benefit payment to our office you will be responsible for the complete payment at the time of service. We will file your insurance for you and your insurance carrier can send your benefit directly to you. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we require that this be paid when treatment begins. Please read our new patient insurance form for complete details.
We also accept payment plans and work with these outside finance companies to help you finance your dental needs:
CareCredit is the credit card exclusively for healthcare services. With no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties, CareCredit lets you pay over time and frees up cash and credit cards for the other things you want or need. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments. Plus, you can use your card again and again to pay for additional treatment for yourself or family members in any CareCredit practice.
